You have a project idea which will reduce your organization's environmental impact, but how do you put the idea into action? Learning how to create a clear execution plan will allow your organization to move forward with environmental initiatives. Creating an outline of your project’s scope, timing, goals, and resource requirements will allow the project to be completed smoothly and effectively.
In this final meeting of a three part series, Antoni Paleshi from Enermodal Engineering will share his organizations’ experiences in executing sustainability projects by leading the group through discussions of strategies Enermodal used and challenges they faced.
